A few things about us and our home. We immediately loved this beautiful Farmhouse in the middle of the countryside, with olive trees and vineyards. So we did all the work required to make it even more beautiful this traditional house in Tuscany style.
When we started the renovations of this family countryhouse we realized that because of its size was possible to create some apartments that we rent to holidays guests. The farmhouse is all stone and is very old.
Around us there is a large plain that was once a meadow, and this is how over the centuries this small village of houses has been called “Podere Prato and Podere Piana”.
On the front of house there is still the emblem of the old noble family and the historical name of the farm is PODERE PIANA. The oldest house in the Historical Archive dates back to 1500, while already from about 1836 the structure of the house already seems to have this shape
Podere Piana is also a manufacturer of high quality oil Tuscan extra virgin olive oil and wines of the region of Tuscany that you are invited to try and buy.
