Premise

On 25 May 2018, the EU Regulation 2016/679 comes into force, which suggests a series of immediate actions, elaborated through the guidelines of the Group of 29 (WP 29) and recommended by the National Authority for the protection of personal data, even if subject to additions and changes, based on interpretative changes, both nationally and in Europe.
Pending the approval of the legislative decree scheme for the adaptation of the Code regarding the protection of personal data (Legislative Decree 30 June 2003 No. 196), adopted by the Presidency of the Council of Ministers in implementation of the 2016 European Delegation Law -2017, in order to ensure that the processing is carried out in compliance with the Regulations and in compliance with the general duty of “proactive transparency”, Podere Piana, as data controller, gives evidence of the information regarding the processing of personal data, based on under the conditions of lawfulness referred to in Article 6 of the same Regulation and provided that the same have not already been made by the interested party.

Purpose of the treatment.

The data you make available to us are processed in order to guarantee the provision of services and in particular for the execution of legal obligations (eg administrative, tax, accounting, etc.) and for the finalization and execution of the booking. and for the provision of the requested service.
