Premise

On 25 May 2018, the EU Regulation 2016/679 comes into force, which suggests a series of immediate actions, elaborated through the guidelines of the Group of 29 (WP 29) and recommended by the National Authority for the protection of personal data, even if subject to additions and changes, based on interpretative changes, both nationally and in Europe.

Purpose of the treatment.
