Welcome to our home Podere Piana for enjoy your time in the peace of our garden and our pool area.
Within the enclosed gardens of the farmhouse there is a swimming pool and hydromassage with sunbeds and umbrellas.
We are in the countryside and a few steps on the gate you’ll find the really countryside with our olive groves and vineyards. The more adventurous people can also walking to the nearby forest. Here is possibile see wild animals maybe at sunset you can find the deer and wild boars.
Podere Piana is also a producer of fine Tuscan extra Virgin olive oil and Wines from the region which you are welcome to try and purchase when arrive here.
The garden is fully enclosed and is available only for the guests of PODERE PIANA. There is a BBQ area open where you have pleasure to cooking the meat in the BBQ, that you can buy in the nearby village. The lawn is great and is very nice and there are many flowers and one part of the garden is dedicated to children’s
The Podere Piana farmhouse has a pool area in a garden fully enclosed and is available only for the guests of PODERE PIANA.
There is a pool of 13 meters 7 and the water depth is 1.20 to 1.60. You will have sun umbrellas, sun beds in a terrace around the pool.
There is also a Juacuzzi on open air nearby and a small pool for the kids, because you are more secured about bringing in pool your children. The nice pool is nearby and is just 52 cm deep, 2 meters wide so is right of kids.
There is a BBQ area open where you have pleasure to cooking the meat in the BBQ, that you can buy in the nearby village.

Internet connection WIFI in each apartment and also in the area of garden and swimpool.
A small farmhouse with only 6 apartments. This is a relaxing place with plenty of space for a few people.
Discover in the Pool Area the open-air Jacuzzi tub with its gazebo available for up to 5 people.
The pool is 13 x 7 meters and the water depth is 1.20 to 1.60 m and is reserved exclusively for our guests.
The view is in the Tuscan countryside with olive groves and vineyards and the mountain of Vallombrosa.
We can always provide free children bed, high chair and changing mat on request.
Each apartment has an area dedicated gazebo, inside a beautiful garden fenced for your safety.
All apartments are air conditioned and some also have ceiling fans for the hot season.
The Parking is inside, nearby the our gate, so is therefore very comfortable and free.
There are always umbrellas and sunbeds for each apartment for the number of guests in the pool area.
Your safety during the covid period: masks, sanitizer, cleaning and safety distance.
Opportunity to rent some bikes for days which at affordable rates.
Fully equipped: Each apartment is fully equipped: in the kitchen or kitchenette area you can find hob, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge-freezer, basic pots, complete crockery, cutlery, plates, glasses, cups, coffee maker, kettle, french coffee, moka, iron and toaster.
In the living room and dining area there is a sofa with satellite TV, air conditioning and a table with chairs.
Bathroom set: The bedrooms have a Bathroom set: towels (1 bath towel, 1 hand towel, 1 bidet towel per person)
Set bed linen: Set bed linen upon arrival. There are extra pillows and blankets.
Baby comfort: On request we can always provide a baby bed, high chair and changing table.
Outdoor: Each apartment has a private terrace with gazebo and table, garden and BBQ area.
Pool Area: swimming pool, children’s pool and outdoor hot tub. Umbrellas and sunbeds for each apartment in the pool area.
WIFI: Internet access throughout the area.
Free parking: The Parking is inside, nearby the our gate, so is therefore very comfortable and free.

You will find the apartments in perfect order upon your arrival, especially if you have communicated the exact times of your arrival. If you arrive early it is possible to wait in the pool area, but it will not be possible to enter the apartment during the cleaning.
Possibility of arranging late arrivals and departures, in any case only after communication and acceptance of the management and in some cases a supplement may be required.
