Welcome to our home Podere Piana to enjoy your time in the peace of our garden and swimming pool. We are a small business with just a few apartments, this makes the place relaxing with plenty of space for a few people.
Within the fenced gardens of the farmhouse there is a swimming pool and jacuzzi with sun loungers and umbrellas.
We are in the open countryside and just a few steps from the gate you will find our olive groves and vineyards. The more adventurous can also walk to the nearby forest. Here you can see wild animals, perhaps at sunset you can find deer and wild boar.
Podere Piana is also a producer of fine Tuscan extra virgin olive oil and wines from the region which you are welcome to taste and buy when you arrive here.
Pool: The pool is 13 meters 7 and the water depth is 1.20-1.60 cm. Umbrella and sun loungers around the pool assigned for each apartment.
Jacuzzi: Discover in the pool area the outdoor jacuzzi with its gazebo, available for up to 5 people.
Children’s pool: there is also a small children’s pool, because you are safer to take your children to the pool. It is located next to the large pool and is only 52 cm deep, 2 meters wide, so it is suitable for smaller children.
Garden: The lawn is fantastic and it is very beautiful and there are many flowers The garden is completely fenced and is available only for guests of PODERE PIANA.
Kids Park: a part of the garden is dedicated to children.
Gazebo: Each apartment has a private terrace with gazebo and table in the garden.
Free parking: The parking is internal, near our gate, so it is very convenient and free.
Barbecue: There is an outdoor barbecue area where you can enjoy cooking meat in the barbecue, which you can buy in the nearby village.
Each apartment is fully equipped: in the kitchen or kitchenette area you will find a hob, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge-freezer, basic pots and pans, complete crockery, cutlery, plates, glasses, cups, coffee maker, kettle, French press, moka, iron and toaster. In the living and dining area there is a sofa with satellite TV.
WIFI: Internet access throughout the area.
Air conditioning in all bedrooms.
Bathroom set: The bedrooms have a bathroom set: towels (1 bath towel, 1 hand towel, 1 bidet towel per person). Set of sheets on arrival. There are extra pillows and blankets.
Baby comfort: We can always provide a cot and a high chair on request.
Arrivals from 15:00 to 19:00
You will find the apartments in perfect order upon your arrival, especially if you have communicated the exact times of your arrival. If you arrive early it is possible to wait in the pool area, but it will not be possible to enter the apartment during the cleaning.
Departures before 10:00
Possibility of arranging late arrivals and departures, in any case only after communication and acceptance of the management and in some cases a supplement may be required.
Final cleaning: € 60 at stay
Destination Tax for person over 12 years: € 1 by Night
Extra Person: when is possible, add 1 pax in sofà bed € 15 by Nights
Late check-in: arrivals from 22.00 to 24.00 have a supplement starting from € 50
Deposit: on arrival is possible required a security deposit € 200
