CONDITIONS OF RESERVATION AND CANCELLATION

Please read carefully the booking / cancellation conditions below. Each reservation, after its confirmation, has the value of a contract according to current Italian legislation. The contract is binding for the person making the reservation and for all the other subjects mentioned therein.

RESERVATION

You can send an availability request from our site or by e-mail or form. Following your request, a written offer will be sent indicating the total price of the stay and the payment methods. The reservation is confirmed only after payment of the deposit (equal around to 20-30% of the total price of the stay), to be made within 3 days of our proposal. If the payment is not made within the required deadline, the reservation is to be considered void. The reservation becomes binding for the company only at the moment of the actual crediting of the confirmatory deposit.

Upon receipt of the deposit, the company will send the customer a summary confirmation e-mail to be shown at check-in. Confirmation of booking implies acceptance of our cancellation and deposit terms.

Please check the accuracy of the data reported in the aforementioned confirmation, promptly communicating any anomalies. The communication must be received no later than 4 days from its receipt. After this deadline we decline all responsibility for any inaccuracies.
Upon arrival it is mandatory to present an identification document for each person.

GENERAL TERMS OF PAYMENT

A deposit must be paid no later than 3 days from the date of booking confirmation. In case of non-payment of the deposit, the reservation will be canceled. The amount of the deposit is equal to 20/30% of the total amount of the stay. As required by the civil code in art. 1385, will not be refunded in case of cancellation after the terms specified below or no-show.

PAYMENT METHODS ACCEPTED: BANK TRANSFER , PayPAL e bancomat SumUp.

The balance of the reservation must be paid two weeks before arrival, by bank transfer, or paypal. For the other modalities it is possible to pay on departure or by paypal or by SumUp or by cash. Any extras must be paid for before departure. For payments by bank transfer or paypal, send as soon as a copy of the transfer by email: info@poderepiana.it indicating the date of the reservation, the telephone number and the name.

EXTENSION OF THE STAY

The extension of the stay requires an additional reservation and may be subject to changes in availability and rates.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Confirm reservations with a 20/30% deposit payable within 3 days of the request.
May- June- September- October: FREE Cancellation 7 DAYS before Checkin
July and August: FREE Cancellation 20 DAYS before Checkin

Any cancellation of the reservation must be communicated in writing.
Low and Medium Season (May- June- September- October): In case of cancellation or changes made up to 7 days before the date of arrival, no cost will be charged. For cancellations or changes after the aforementioned deadline, 30% of the total amount of the stay will be charged and retained at the time of booking.
High Season (July and August): In case of cancellation or changes made up to 20 days before the arrival date, no cost will be charged. For cancellations or changes after this deadline, 30% of the total amount of the booked stay will be charged and withheld. The company reserves the right to charge the total amount due in the event of cancellations after this deadline.

INTERRUPTION OF THE STAY

No reimbursement is due to the guest who decides to interrupt the stay already undertaken and is therefore required to pay the entire booked stay.

NO SHOW

In case of no-show, the deposit will be withheld and the company reserves the right to charge the total amount due.

OFFERS, COUPONS and DISCOUNTS

The Company reserves the right to offer its customers some discounts, coupons and/or offers via e-mail, Social website.
These, called “Offers” from now on, will only relate for a period of time and only to certain conditions that will always be indicated on the “Offers” page on the website and/or on the related social networks.
The “Offers” will always relate only to the days and apartments specifically indicated in the aforementioned offer, and cannot be modified or applied to different apartments or different dates.
Once the time for the validity of the offer has expired or if the availability relating to the offer has ended, it will no longer be possible to book it, even if it is still visible on the website or on social networks.

The Company also reserves the right to offer variations on the booking and cancellation methods via the aforementioned channels, such as: free cancellation, non-refundable or partially refundable, applied and indicated in the relative offer.
(If a different cancellation method is not indicated in the offer, the general cancellation rules in the paragraphs above will be applied.)

The methods of booking, cancellation and the discounts applied relating to the Offers will always be indicated in the booking confirmation e-mail and the customer by replying will accept the conditions and payment methods indicated in the offer itself.

CAUSES OF FORCE MAJEURE

The company declines all responsibility for disservices due to lack of supplies, accidental equipment failures or other causes of force majeure. We decline all responsibility for damage caused by other guests, weather events, natural disasters, epidemics, diseases and theft.
